starting two week ago , after getting a histamine blood test and showing very low levels ( <26) [I] decided to go on area's high histamine diet, and that includes more eggs and whole proteins, staying away from vegetable proteins for the most part....but eating more folate containing foods such as beets and cooked spinach, i have also been eating more crab meat as he suggested.
so far {and i am 38 y.o btw} i am notice a great deal of energy bursts.
now i received pitolisant in the mail two days ago. i have not started it yet but i think maybe i will hold off until i get my next test result.
also i have been beginning resistance training program area has advised me on...i have noticed better sleep the last few nights as well and two incidences of increased morning wood. i will keep updating!
EDIT : i also have added pomegranate juice daily since three days ago.
