Even in small amount, (1-2 gr turmeric with black pepper) it made me worse like a hell.
Also I see this effect with caffeine too. I think it was because caffeine increases progesterone, thus inhibiting DHT. But that was temporary at least.
Curcumin inhibits AR and downregulates 5AR reductase mRNA. My problem may be this because I'm far from even my base pssd state and I barely think.
I think I need a 5AR reductase mRNA upregulator for permanently reverse my problem. Whenever I looked up on internet, all the herbs I could find easily are apperantly will make me worse.
Is there anything I can find easily to upregulate my 5ar red mRNA?
If there isn't, at least I can take DHT or AR upregulator too.
