I think if somebody's Psyche is messed up then fap or no-fap they are going to feel partially emasculated. Have you ever stopped to wonder why some ''gain benefit'' from no-fap regimens and others find no benefit. Some people will do everything EXCEPT change their own mindset and that's why it will never work.

Do we not think nofap is helpful because it sensitizes dopamine receptors?
