After trying of small amounts of turmeric, I concluded it not making me better.

Even in small amount, (1-2 gr turmeric with black pepper) it made me worse like a hell.

Also I see this effect with caffeine too. I think it was because caffeine increases progesterone, thus inhibiting DHT. But that was temporary at least.


Curcumin inhibits AR and downregulates 5AR reductase mRNA. My problem may be this because I'm far from even my base pssd state and I barely think.

I think I need a 5AR reductase mRNA upregulator for permanently reverse my problem. Whenever I looked up on internet, all the herbs I could find easily are apperantly will make me worse.

Is there anything I can find easily to upregulate my 5ar red mRNA?
If there isn't, at least I can take DHT or AR upregulator too.

It's a tricky question. First, how will you measure your 5 alpha reductase? You can measure dht, but I may assure you I had normal dht of about 700-800 (measured 2 times) and problems with cognition (very poor speed of reading (now better), typed passwords with pauses) at the same time (on the other hand I lost somehow overreaction to caffeine, even yerba mate).
It's true, pubmed is filled with studies on herbs inhibiting 5 alpha reductase and known to help hair growth. Rosemary, for example

I think ssri can damage mother's child in asd manner. There are at least 2 studies about it if I'm not mistaken. Also from vaccines (Robert de Niro film). One autism forum founder I know about took paxil in early 2000s. I'll read your post tomorrow.

Is there anything to take for decreasing my whole gaba levels? I saw L-histidine, but I didn’t understand either will it decrease globally or increase except one region.

3a-hsd inhibitor, gaba inhibitor, or anything to decrease allo...?

You may try ginkgo biloba for its norepinephrine properties

From aminoacids l-phenylalanine is the best to cause anxiety, I know that for sure, you won't be able to look into ones eyes.

Lowering sugar can lower gaba, I think. But I would say grains like buckwheat can be anxiogenic in my experience. Opioids naturally block gaba.

But I don't think we have super high gaba. Rather inflammation and more beta endorphins...
