I've not seen much about the microbiota around here, seems very important for the brain and immune system/inflammation. A lot of mental problems and neurological diseases (virtually every diseases) seem to be linked to the gut.

Short story, I suffer from high anhedonia and ejaculatory anhedonia, and I've tried some kefir few month ago. I was sick from it because I don't tolerate milk products well at all, and probably histamines in the milk, but I was very surprise to experience a normal orgasm like I had not experienced since I was a teenager after drinking the kefir. I had to stop it though because it made me sick (probably increasing vascular permeability).

Unfortunately I don't have the same results with the probiotics that is histamine free and D-lactate free that I take from Custom Probiotics even if the probiotic helped me to reduce the constant stomach cramps that I had. I still cannot tolerate any kind of fibers or starch nor fat (I think there is something going on in my system like bile malabsorption, vagus nerve overstimulation or CCK absorption in the brain leading to anxiety).

Yeah that sounds VERY strongly like a gastrointestinal problem. It's possible you are too acidic, not enough alkaline balance, have too much iNOS (inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase) in the gut (which you know from Ray peat is BAD). There's different forms of metabolites passing through the gut, but if your probiotics help you, there's a number of issues that could be going on.

Arrow It's purely so a digestive issue, poor gut flora, poor ratio of Good:Bad bacteria in your gut.
Arrow It's a neurochemical disturbance, brought about by disrupted lower small intestine function, perhaps a parasite, inflammation, or a functional toxicity by the above mentioned acidity problems.
Arrow Lastly, there's a possibility that it is a neurotransmitter issue solely, perhaps too much beta-endorphin flooding your system, or too much dynorphin peptides causing anhedonia and lack of emotional drive.

If you read my 'Symptoms of High/Low Opioid Activity' article, you would see what I'm referring to specifically.
